The Campaign for America's Future points out an important issue that has been largely ignored by candidates this election year: Equal Pay for Equal Work.

Women earn 78 cents for every dollar earned by men. Over the course of her career, the typical working woman loses almost a quarter of a million dollars in wages, simply for being female.
